Domestic Shipping
Carrier: All orders within the US are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance. Packages to PO Boxes are shipped USPS only.
Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes about 3-5 after processing.
Undeliverable, Lost, Or Returned Packages
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to insufficient address information, it will be restocked, and store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued minus the initial shipping charge and a $35 restock fee.
Address Correction: Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Address change must be made within 12 hours of purchase. A $5 reassessment fee applies for changes requested after this period.
Responsibility: The Hair Destination is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of the carrier, contact your local post office for any issues.
